Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a Michigan medical marijuana card, a patient must:
- Be a Michigan resident with a valid Michigan driver’s license, state ID card, or voter registration
- Have at least one of the state‑approved debilitating medical conditions
- Obtain a physician certification from a Michigan‑licensed MD or DO who has conducted an in‑person or compliant telehealth evaluation
- Be at least 18 years old (minors can qualify with additional physician approvals and a registered caregiver)
Application Process
