Listings for products containing cannabidiol (CBD) are prohibited, including but not limited to:
- Full-spectrum hemp oil
- Rich hemp oil
- Products that have been identified as containing CBD by LegitScript (a certification program recognized by Google and Meta to vet advertisers for eligible CBD products)
CBD is a "products category" and not just a type of product for this section.
Any cannabinoid, including CBG, CBN, Delta 9 THC, Delta 8 THC, and the rest, will not be sold on Amazon's website. This prohibits the sale of anything other than cannabinoid-free hemp products. Amazon accepts hemp seed oil, hemp fiber, cosmetics containing hemp, and hemp apparel.
Will Amazon Sell Delta 8 Products in the Future?
