  • Second offense, a fine plus 5 to 60 days imprisonment
    Third offense, a fine of up to $1,000, a jail sentence of up to 6 months

Over 30 grams to 250 grams

  • 1 to 3 years in jail, fine up to $1,000

250 grams to 1 kilogram

  • 2 to 16 years in jail, fines up to $250,000

1 kilogram to 5 kg or more

  • 6 to 30 years imprisonment, fines up to $1 million
